xHow to receive your order
- Connect to the Internet
- Press the X button to open the game menu, then select Poké Portal on the right side. Press the L button to connect to the internet 🌐.
- Message Us
- Click the Chat Icon at the bottom-right corner of this page to contact our delivery staff 💬. Send your Order Number, and within a few minutes our staff will provide your unique Link Code to begin the trade.
- Start Trading
- In-game, select Link Trade → choose Set Link Code → enter the Link Code provided by our staff 🔢. Once connected, choose a Pokémon you don’t need and confirm the trade to receive your order 🎁.
- Important
- Please start searching as soon as you receive your Link Code — trades can time out quickly ⏱️. If the connection fails, simply re-enter the same code and search again.
