How to receive your order
Here's how your Pokémon gets delivered in Scarlet & Violet — via Link Trade through the Poké Portal!

Connect to the Internet
Press the X button to open the game menu, then select Poké Portal on the right side. Press the L button to connect to the internet.

Message Us
Click the Chat Icon at the bottom-right corner of this page to contact our delivery staff. Send your Order Number, and within a few minutes our staff will provide your unique Link Code to begin the trade.

Start Trading
In-game, select Link Trade → choose Set Link Code → enter the Link Code provided by our staff. Once connected, choose any Pokémon you don't need and confirm the trade to receive your order.

Important
Please start searching as soon as you receive your Link Code — trades can time out quickly. If the connection fails, simply re-enter the same code and search again.
