Make sure your game is online by opening the main menu with X buttonand then pressing L button.

Message Us

Start a chat by clicking on the Chat Icon on the lower right corner of the page. Message the delivery staff your Order Number. The delivery staff will give you the Link Code within 10 minutes.

Choose the Pokemon you do not want and confirm the trade.
